Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of getyouripo.com, operated by getyouripo.com ("GetYourIPO", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them.
1. What GetYourIPO is
GetYourIPO is a technology platform that facilitates connections between companies and SEBI-registered Merchant Bankers. GetYourIPO is not a Merchant Banker. It does not itself underwrite, manage or market any issue of securities, and nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, or investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
2. Information you provide
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it, including on behalf of any company or firm you name. Merchant Bankers confirm that they hold, and will keep, a valid SEBI registration. Please do not submit information you are not entitled to share, such as material non-public price-sensitive information belonging to another party, or passwords, financial account numbers or government ID numbers.
Advisors who introduce a company confirm that they have that company's permission to share its details with GetYourIPO. Registering as an Advisor does not create any employment, agency, partnership or fee arrangement. Any commercial terms between GetYourIPO and an Advisor will be agreed separately in writing.
2A. Confidentiality of company information
Information submitted by or about a company is kept confidential. We will not reveal a company's identity or contact details to any Merchant Banker unless the company chooses to engage that banker. Merchant Bankers who access teasers on the platform agree to keep them confidential and to use them only to assess whether to express interest in the company.
Confidentiality. Information submitted by a company or an Advisor is kept confidential. It is not disclosed to any Merchant Banker by default. Merchant Bankers on the platform see only anonymised teasers. A company's identity and contact details are shared with a Merchant Banker only with that company's consent and, where the company or the Merchant Banker requires it, after a non-disclosure agreement has been signed with GetYourIPO. Merchant Bankers who access teasers agree to keep them confidential and to use them only to evaluate a possible engagement.
3. No guarantee
Submitting a form does not guarantee that your application or registration will be accepted, that you will receive proposals, or that any transaction will take place. Any engagement between a company and a Merchant Banker is a separate arrangement between them and is subject to applicable law and SEBI regulations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: for example by submitting false or misleading information, attempting to interfere with its operation or security, or using automated means to submit forms or collect data.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, text and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site for your own use but may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us for it.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
